e-Office
“Launch of E-Office e-File Solution”
Lalitpur has become 1st District in Uttar Pradesh to have NIC E-Office Solution fully functional in all three major arms of District Administration. The officers and staff of Revenue Department, Development Department & Police Department in District Lalitpur are now active users of e-Office solution.
It was formally launched and inaugurated at District Magistrate Office at Collectorate, Lalitpur (Uttar Pradesh) on occasion of Gandhi Jayanti 02-October-2023. Over 40 officers and staff of Revenue Department were given extensive theoretical and hands-on training for using e-file module of E-office. The District Magistrate Lalitpur Mr. Akshay Tripathi, IAS formally launched e-office by forwarding an e-file after digital signing to Mr. Ankur Shrivastava, Additional District Magistrate Lalitpur.
District Lalitpur (UP) became 2nd District in Uttar Pradesh to successfully and fully implement e-Office and 1st District in Uttar Pradesh which has included Police department and Development Department to the e-Office solution. E-Office in Police Department and District Supply Office under Development Department was inaugurated on occasion of Republic Day 26th January 2024.
